| Description | A 6 bed short-stay Crisis/Stabilization Treatment Centre providing a safe, structured and supervised therapeutic environment in a residential setting for adults with mental illness who are experiencing a crisis. By providing groups that are flexible and geared towards the client's needs, it offers separation from the stressful environment with support and resolution of the immediate crisis with the goal being that of stabilization and re-adjustment to community living. Multidisciplinary meetings will bring the client's support system and the care team together to ensure there is planned continuation of care and support after discharge. | |||
