Description	Family health service for parents and children, from before birth to age 19, including early maternity discharge service, baby & child care, immunizations, parenting, developmental screening and assessment, selective services to children with special needs and referrals to appropriate services. School health services to children and parents include immunizations, consultations on health education topics and some specialized teaching to identified groups. Adult services include, single teen prenatal classes, travel, immunization, sexually transmitted disease, and birth control clinics as well as investigation and control of all communicable diseases. To obtain: Self-referral, physician referral, or other agency referral. Fees: Travel clinic services, some immunizations. Other Services: Public Health Nutrition.
