| Description | The Laurel Program uses the science of Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) to provide behavioural treatments to children diagnosed with an autism and other developmental disabilities. Through the systematic application of behavioural principles, ABA can change socially significant behaviour. It is the most effective treatment strategy for improving the adaptive skills of children with developmental disabilities. Our model of positive behaviour support is grounded in more than 35 years of research-based behavioural intervention. For more detailed information on ABA, select the Resources button above.
