o Counselling one-on-one and in small group format. Professional counsellors lead the groups 
o Evolutions & Single Again. Support group on how to deal with grieving, moving on 
o Caught in the Middle: For children 6-12 and for parents. How to empower your chil through the separation 
o Parenting with a New Partner: Examining challenges and expectations in a step or blended family situation 
o Information Sessions: Parenting After Separation, Handling Strong Emotions, Co-Parenting, Conflict Management and more
