| Description | The Nanaimo Women’s Resources Society, a registered charitable non–profit organization operates the Nanaimo Women’s Centre in beautiful historic downtown Nanaimo located at 285 Selby Street. The Women’s Centre serves women and children through our Drop In and Building Bridges Programs. The Centre provides a feminist approach modeled on holistic principles of wellness, health, inclusiveness, and the best interests of the community. The Women’s Centre is a vibrant, supportive space offering women resources, information, workshops and events on various issues including: legal, abuse, education, poverty, housing, self-esteem, health, etc.. | |||
